Teacher cannot teacher more than 3 consecutive periods in one class

Please note the: Apply to selected teacher's classes. This will make sure the rule is applied to each teacher in each of his classes separatelly. If you use for example Apply globally, then there could not be 3 conscutive lessons in the whole school.
