How to contact ASC Timetables support

In case you have some questions, or you need some help with your timetable you are actually working on, you can write us directly from ASC Timetables software - simply click on blue icon with a question mark

New window will appear.
1. In first text box please try to describe your case as much as you can
- some examples will be highly appreciated
- best way is to use precise names of teachers, subjects, classes, ...
- please keep in mind, that we can not know about the background of your timetable.

2. Do not forget to write your email.
- otherwise we will not be able to write you back
- add your email everytime, even if you have already wrote it to us before
- double check it, if there is no mistake

3. Please mark the checkbox and sent us your actually opened timetables.
- it is important for us, to see your inputs to give you the best answer
- without seeing your timetable it is just a guessing
