Parents - How to enter electronic absence note into EduPage
If your class teacher has enabled electronic absence notes, you can enter an absence note for your child in the mobile app.
If you don't see the option to enter an absence note in the app, you may be logged in student's account. Students have not this function in student's accoutn. Login to parent's account. How to log in to EduPage as parent with one or several children
Select the "Attendance" section. A child's attendance that is not yet excused is marked with red marks. Click on a specific day and select "Add absence note".
To enter an absence note for one day, select "Whole day".
To enter an absence note in less than a day, select "Part of the day" and select hours (from-to).
If you want to enter an absence note for longer than one day, select "Long term".
In the next step write down the excuse/reason for absence. If you are finished, select "Send". An absence note is sent to your child's class teacher.
In the absence notes list you will find a list of sending an absence note. You can delete the sent excuse if necessary. Once the absence note is approved or rejected, it cannot be deleted.
You will be informed about the approving/rejecting of the absence note.
Select View absence notes to open a list of absence notes you have created.
