Which grades can I see in the statistics?

Here are two types of grades displayed in the statistics.

1. If the grade for the report card has not been entered yet, a "calculated" grade is displayed – marked with a tilde (~). For example, the highlighted grade for Informatics (INF) in the image.
How the final grade in the classification report is calculated?

2. If the report card grade has been entered, it is displayed without a tilde – as seen, for example, in the highlighted grades for English (ANJ)
