Classification Meetings and Statistics – Overview
In the Classification Meetings module, you will find classification statistics
- by classes
- by individual students
- by grades (year levels)
- by study programmes
- by types of study
- by individual organizational units.
You can view the number of grades, attendance, academic performance, disciplinary measures, etc.
The class teacher can generate classification statistics for their own class, while the administrator can generate them for the entire school at once.
Select Documentation / Pedagogical Documentation / Classification Meetings and Statistics
Class-based classification statistics display basic information — number of students, academic performance, and attendance data. In this view, you can easily compare data between individual classes.
If you click on a specific class in the class view, statistics for individual students in that class will be displayed.
In the student view, you can choose from several perspectives — Final Grades, Average & Calculated Grade, Final Grade and Average, Students Failing/Not Classified.
In this view, you can see final grades and the average of ongoing grades.
You can also display classification statistics by individual branches at your school,
or by grades.
