Student information module - overview

EduPage helps enter health-related or general information about a student and make it visible in the class register when recording absences, but only to the teachers who need it for their work at school. It is also possible to set the visibility of this information for specific teachers only, and to define when the data should be completely deleted.

Examples of student-related information:

This could be short-term information:

The student should be seated alone, otherwise they cannot concentrate.

The student often plays with their phone – keep an eye on that.

The student's parent passed away – avoid calling on them in class right now.

Or long-term information:

Health-related information: official medical data based on recommendations.

The student is the class representative.

Talk to the student with sensitivity – they live in a children's home.

Important:
The teacher can only see information about students they teach, and only if their lessons are approved.
