How to enter a standards evaluation on a certificate?

From left menu select Documentation - Pedagogical documentation.

Select Verbal evaluation.

Select subject. If there are standards defined for the subject and grade, that you are evaluating on the certificate, they will be displayed. You can enter a evaluation.
