You can print the entered verbal assessment on the following forms:

* 192: Report card for verbal assessment (assessment by verbal comment)
* 197: Supplement to the primary school report card – verbal and combined assessment
* 206: Report card for verbal assessment (assessment by verbal comment)
* 605: Primary school report card
* 606: Primary school report card

The print reports for the relevant versions of forms 605 and 606 include the **“Verbal assessment”** parameter. Using this parameter, you can choose whether the verbal assessment will be **included directly on the form** or printed **on a separate supplement**.

If you choose to print the verbal assessment **on a separate supplement**, the following sentence will be printed on the report card: “An inseparable part of the report card is a supplement containing the verbal assessment.”

However, the supplement must be printed separately after you print the report card.

If you choose to print the verbal assessment **directly on the form**, the following sentence will be printed on the report card: “The report card does not include a separate supplement containing the verbal assessment.”

Printing the verbal assessment directly on report card form 606:

On form 606, the verbal assessment for a given subject will appear below the subject grade:

A verbal comment of approximately 300 characters fits on form 606. If you enter more characters, the font size will be reduced.

Printing the verbal assessment directly on report card form 605:

On form 605, the verbal comment for a given subject will appear on the back of the report card. Comments from all subjects are collected in this field. The subject name is added automatically at the beginning, so you do not need to mention it in the comment itself.
