How to link two personal accounts to back up the teaching materials

In case your login name is the email address provided by your school and the email is valid until the end of your employment only, use a backup email. This way you can link your personal accounts whether you teach at more than one school at a time or you are moving to another place of work.

Click on 'Enter backup email' in the 'My Profile' section:

First, you will be asked to enter a password to your personal account:

Then enter your backup email:

You receive the verification code to the email you entered:

Enter the same backup email in all of your personal accounts.
After linking your accounts via a backup email you will be able to see your preparations from one account in the other and vice versa. In case one of your accounts was deactivated, this way you are always able to get to your teaching materials created.
