Defining reasons for absence

Every time a teacher is absent you can specify the particular “Reason for absence.” They can be defined in menu Settings - Reasons for absence.

You can select specific reason in "New absent" dialog for each teacher:

Note: The program can create a monthly summary reports of all absent teachers and their reasons for absence.
