How to return evaluated work back to the student

If you have assigned to students a homework or study material with an open question for submitting photo of their solution, you can find the images in the Results section.
How to assign the students homework, so that they can submit their work as a file or text?
Where can I find the files that students uploaded to HW?

Next, you can write comments in the file in a suitable graphic program, e.g. paint.
