Absence notes overview

The class teacher has two options for managing students' absence notes.

The better solution is to allow parents to input absence notes into EduPage. Electronic absence notes reduce class teachers' work load. All administrative work is done by the parents - date input, lesson input, reason for absence. The teachers just need to accept or reject the absence note. If the parents happen to forget to input the absence note, EduPage reminds them every other day about it.

The second solution is to accept students' absence based on an absence note presented on paper. In that case, it is the teacher who inputs data into the system.
