Noticeboard notes with voting

You can post a note onto noticeboard with a question. If you click checkbox "Voting" then every user will have an option to vote Yes/No and thus say if he agrees with your quesions or if he signsup for some event etc.

A tooltip shows you who voted yes and who voted no. Each student can vote just once.
