If you want to completely disable two-factor authentication for your EduPage account, follow the instructions here:
How do I turn off two-factor authentication?
You can remove your phone from two-factor authentication either directly on that phone or, if you no longer have it, from your EduPage account after signing in on the web.
I want to log in, but I don’t have the phone with me that has 2FA enabled.
In the top right corner, click on your name and select "My profile".
In the top menu, select the "Two-factor authentication" tab.
Click "Deactivate" next to the device you want to remove.
Directly on that phone (or on your new phone), you can remove the old phone from two-factor authentication as follows:
- in the left-hand menu, go to "Settings / Two-factor authentication".
- in the list of activated devices, click "Deactivate".
