How to fix card in test (e.g. instructions card)

When assigning an online test, the teacher can choose to randomize the order of questions.
How to randomize or how to keep the order of questions and answers fixed

If there is an instruction card at the beginning of the test, we want that card to remain at the beginning of the test.

The order of the card can be fixed by pressing the lock at the bottom of the card.
