Change of meal prices are done in Types of payers Food-Price

on the right +add time range

fill start date from the new price will be valid . Do not forget to fill the end in previous range.

now you can enter new prices for each Payer type

HOW TO CHECK THE CHANGE IN PRICES
Go to Overviews -> Prices
Set the month and click on image one person and Prices without payments

The same principle is with overhead costs.
