How to put a link to the uploaded file into the text?

In the text editor you can press Insert item. Then a list of files uploaded by you is shown:

Simply click any file and a link is added into the text onto the cursor position.
Or choose entry Upload file to upload a new file. System will prompt you to save changes before uploading new file.
