How to set the right to add notices in behavior to all teachers at once

There are two possible rights modes to enter/view grades.

In the unrestricted mode, any teachers can input grades to any students i.e. notices in behavior, via the Advanced mode.
Advanced mode to enter/view grades

If, however your school prefers restricted rights mode, select Overview in the left menu and click Rights.

Mark the Behavior column by clicking its title. The column displays in blue. Select "Add teachers" in the right part of your screen, in the "Additional rights to edit grades" section. Select the teachers and press "Done".

Press "Save changes". The rights have been added.

The teachers can add notices in behavior via the "Advanced mode" in "Grades".
