How to assign orders - when and how boarders eat
In bulk add / cancel orders to boarders can be assigned under the 'Orders & Types of payers & Guests'.
You can find these settings in the top drop-down menu: 'Boarders' in the 'Canteen' module when logged in as the administrator or the person entitled to the Canteen module.
Click on the 'Add / cancel order' icon (1.) in the top menu.
In an opened dialog box you can assign the order, e.g. for the period from the beginning of the school year with the default 'Menu A' (2.) for selected boarders - 'Add more users' (3.).
In the next dialog box you can select teachers, guests, students or classes (all as whole or individualy) (4.), confirm the selection 'Ok' (5.) and do not forget to 'Save changes' (6.)
The order of meal can be assigned / changed also individually in the dialog box with boarder settings. It opens by click on the 'Lunch (type of meal)' column in the selected student's row (1.) and you can edit orders (2.). Do not forget to 'Save changes' (3.).
Next picture shows the student is boarding during the week except for Thursday.
