How can I change the look of the published substitutions?

Go to the “Show substitutions”:

Then press button “Customize”. A dialog appears where you can setu what shall be shown in the substitutions. There are two set of settings. One is for substitution for students(by default sorted by class) and second is for teachers(by default sorted by teacher’s name):
